What are the walls made out of?
The walls are constructed out of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) an ultra-strong material which has both a high compressive strength and flexural strength. It is designed to weather all types of conditions.
What is the most popular design?
Most people seem to like the Brickyard Bridge and also the Neoclassical Bridge. The choices are usually based on the home, the style of the home and what materials are used for cladding the exterior. Otherwise you may want to choose a product that allows you to match a landscaping theme or develop a new one.
Can I get the walls in different sizes?
No. There are standard sizes - roughly 2' high, 4' long. This is designed to ship on pallets. If you would like to make the walls appear to be larger or smaller, there are landscaping techniques that you can apply to achieve the desired result.
How much do the culvert walls weigh?
The walls vary in weight. Some are lighter than others, but they range from 80lbs. to 100lbs.
What do I need to know before ordering a pair of walls for my yard?
There are two very important things to check before placing an order:
1. The size of your culvert pipe - Homebridge will offer 8", 12", and 16" nominal sizes.
2. How deep is your pipe? There are instances where the pipe is buried with only 2"-3" of cover. This situation will require other landscaping treatments like pavers behind the wall. The instructions on the website describes and guides you through this situation.

1. OUR ROOTS
HOMEBRIDGE started with an appreciation and love of early masonry work, especially the 19th century buildings and bridges that were constructed of cut stone. In the 19th century, masterpieces were carved with hammer and chisel. Use of materials was almost endless — everywhere from volcanic marbles and granite, to sedimentary stone such as limestone, brownstone, and sandstone. Inspiration was drawn from beautifully crafted brownstone structures from the 19th century, many still existing in New York and Philadelphia.

ESTABLISHED IN 2019, a patent for culvert walls was issued to inventor Anthony M. Bango in August 2020 for the develoopment and sale of culvert walls for the residential North American market. The patent expires in 2039.
LEARN MORE3. HIGH STRENGTH GFRC
The specification calls for high strength GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) designed to achieve approximately 12,000 psi strength in 2 days. The unites are prefabricated and are installed in less than two hours, which reduces labor costs.

Foundations are not required, and the unit is designed to be impervious to freeze/thaw cycles. While beautifying the entranceway to homes, the product promises to be both durable, and require less maintenance than expensive laid up in-place masonry or an array of stones.
