Why Anthony Built This
The Problem Wasn't Labor Cost. It Was Labor Uncertainty.
I founded Homebridge in 2019 with one idea: build a precast landscape product that ships ready to install, requires a two-person crew, no special skills, and goes in in two hours. Something that removes the uncertainty from the equation.
We didn't sell a single unit for three years. The first GFRC mix we developed cracked after one Michigan winter — froze, expanded, failed. We scrapped the batch and spent 14 months reformulating. What ships today is what I wished existed when I was specifying materials for projects worth millions of dollars.
Every product is patented or patent pending. Every unit is tested to 12,500 PSI — nearly three times standard concrete. Everything clears our bar or it doesn't ship.
